Have you ever wondered what all the fuss over social media is about? If you’ve been considering setting up a Facebook or Twitter profile and want information about the benefits, this course is for you. You will come away with increased knowledge of social media tools and how Facebook and Twitter can help promote your work.

This is not a technical course and you will not be setting up an account on the night. Rather, you will leave with the knowledge and skills to explore social media further. If you are looking for a practical course to further develop your existing skills with social media, see the Advanced course. Even though this course is not practical, it will refer to basic computer skills.

Cost:

ASA members $65; Member of a Partner Organisation $75; Non-members $95
